The Trump administration OF COURSE dropped a holiday surprise nobody asked for: a plan to auction off 1.27 billion acres of our ocean to oil companies. That's 34 potential lease sales stretching from Alaska to California to the Gulf coast—including areas locals have fought to protect for decades.

Here's the good news: They have to listen to us first. The public comment period runs through January 23, 2026, and last time 86,000 people spoke up. This time, we need to be louder.
